Refund policy

We hope you like all LPJ products, however if you wish you can make a return within 14 days from receiving your order by following this procedure:

  • head to our RETURNS CENTER linked at the bottom of our website or simply CLICK HERE;
  • enter your order number and email address, exactly as it appears on your order confirmation email/invoice;
  • choose which items you’d like to return;
  • confirm your original delivery information or amend them if needed;
  • you will receive an email confirmation with your Return Label, with our negotiated fixed discounted rates;

Alternatively you can contact our Customer Care team returns@lpjstudio.com and arrange with them your return.

Different returning method are not accepted.

The applicable cost of shipping of the item/s returned and related additional duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Every product returned (including those being exchanged) must be returned together with all the labels, in its original packaging and with all the accessories and covers that have been received with the order; it must not show any signs of use, scratches or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.) and the product must be returned in the same condition it was shipped, and packed properly. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface; in case of any sole degradation, ruin or any alteration, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the footwear. We reserve the right to inspect your return. We will only issue a refund in case the product and its packaging are in a new-like and re-sellable condition. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

You will be required to return the goods within fourteen days from the date you communicated your decision to return the products. Returns which exceed this time will not be eligible for refunds.

Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are the customer responsibility. Les Petits Joueurs cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.

Please note that shipping address changes are not allowed after your order has been shipped. Les Petits Joueurs is not liable for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong or incomplete address indicated at the time of the order or for changing the address once the order has been shipped. If you entered the wrong address at the time the order was placed or if you change the address after the order has been shipped, we will reship the order at the new address. However shipping costs will be charged to you. In the event that the order will be sent back to us, customers will be liable for the shipping costs occurred.

Any behaviour of the purchaser intended to delay the return procedures may be evaluated when refunding.
