We ship worldwide for all orders. For some countries, we offer free standard shipping or express shipping options. Please note that for some countries a free shipping option might not be available. All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days after the order confirmation. Over public holidays orders may be delayed. Deliveries take place at office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once the order is placed, a tracking number is provided. With your tracking number, you can check the expected delivery date and any updates on the status of your shipment.

If you choose an express shipping option, your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days after confirmation, depending on the country. Please note that for some Countries, shipping time might be longer. Please note that shipping address changes are not allowed after your order has been shipped.

For international orders (outside EU customers) duties & customs charges must be paid directly to the courier once your package enters its destination country. You will be contacted by DHL to provide payment. Please note: All returns are at the customer's expense & the refund will be issued by retaining the costs of the initial shipment and duties where necessary.
