Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.lespetitsjoueurs.com. We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference. We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms & Conditions do not move forward with your purchase. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order or any resulting contract, unless we are required to make the change by law, in which case such changed term will apply to the order or resulting contract to that extent.

To place orders at www.lespetitsjoueur.com clients must:

• Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”
• Be 18 years or older
• Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts
• Have a valid POP e-mail address
• Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Verified Paypal Account or a Bank account

In particular, you must provide your real name, valid phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided.

Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. Once the order is processed by the E-Commerce and Logistic Department at Les Petits Joueurs who reserve the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with lespetitsjoueurs.com.

Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
Les Petits Joueurs shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. Les Petits Joueurs may accordingly limit the quantity of a single product that may be ordered in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.

Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us through our website you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases, can be made by cards specified on our site.

You agree that by submitting an order, this immediately authorizes Les Petits Joueurs to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay Les Petits Joueurs if your order is accepted.

Please note, discounts cannot be combined. This means you may not apply any type of discount code to a sale item. 

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders! All orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment, however during the Private Sale and Holiday Season this can be up to 7 days. 

If for any reason you should decide to reject or refuse delivery of your order, you will be liable to cover the costs of the return to our warehouse and, any duties/customs charges associated with this. Any amounts will be deducted directly from your refund. 

For a limited time only, some of LPJ iconic styles are now available to pre-order. 

How to make a pre-order

To pre-order a product add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the pre-order button. You can choose to fully pay for the product or to pay only partially. In case of partial payment you will be charged 30% of the full cost of the product at the time of the pre-order. In case of full payment at the time of the pre-order you will be charged for your pre-ordered item at the time of the pre-order.

After placing your pre-order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your pre-order details.

In case of partial pay, approximately 7 days before your pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped, we will notify you via email that we will be authorizing your credit card for the amount of the item still due in case you chose a partial payment.  If you receive this email and no longer want the pre-ordered item, you may cancel your reservation up until the item enters the shipping process. Unless you cancel your reservation, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the applicable amount prior to shipping the item. 

Once your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number of our delivery carrier.

Items ordered that are available now will be shipped to you following our current procedure. Please refer to our Shipping terms. 

When pre-ordered items will be shipped

Generally, pre-orders are ready to be shipped within 4 weeks from the pre-order. 

Pre-orders shipping changes

Pre-orders shipping dates are based on information we receive from our manufacturers and could be subject to change.  If the scheduled date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or in case of cancellation, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time of the pre-order and any payment made upfront will be reimbursed.

How to check your pre-order

If you have pre-ordered an item you will receive an email carrying all the information of your pre-order. Please use the details in that email in case you want to get in touch with us about your pre-order. 

How to cancel a pre-order

Yes, you may cancel your pre-order up until the item enters the shipping process. To cancel an order, please get in touch with us and we will process your pre-order cancellation.

How to change your shipping address 

You can modify the shipping address associated to your pre-order. Please contact us before your item is shipped to confirm your address. 

Les Petits Joueurs is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Items are considered "faulty" if they do not conform to our quality standards upon arrival, which require that goods correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48hrs of delivery, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our judgement. Please email info@lpjstudio.com with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty. All return shipping costs will be borne by Les Petits Joueurs, please note that taxes and duties will be deducted directly from your refund. If the customer decides not to exchange the faulty product, Les Petits Joueurs will issue the refund once the returned product is received. Your order will need to arrive with us within 21 days from your initial receipt. Returns that exceed this time will not be eligible for refunds.

WARRANTY

Les Petits Joueurs products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. If within 6 months of purchase, a defect occurs in a product as the result of normal use, Les Petits Joueurs will repair the defect. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or repair. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. 

It is subject to Les Petits Joueurs production experts' to acknowledge if the issue you detected is a manufacturing defect. Please note that faulty items that can be repaired are not subject to replacements or refunds. The repair process usually takes around 15 business days, however this period might be prolonged depending on the case or during Sales period.

We accept returns on all full-price items only (not sale items), in accordance with the following policy.

We hope you love your LPJ products. However, if you wish to make a return, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order by following the steps outlined below:

• Visit our Returns Center linked at the bottom of our website.
• Enter your order number and email address exactly as they appear on your order confirmation email or invoice.
• Select the items you would like to return.
• Confirm or update your original delivery information if necessary.
• You will receive an email confirmation along with your return label, which includes our negotiated, fixed discounted shipping rates.

Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care team at returns@lpjstudio.com to arrange your return directly.

Please note that alternative return methods will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of return shipping, along with any related duties and taxes, will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions:

• All returned products (including items for exchange) must include all original labels and packaging, along with any accessories and protective covers included in the original shipment.
• The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, without any signs of use, scratches, or alterations (such as being worn, washed, or ironed).
• Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces. We reserve the right to refuse the return of footwear if there are visible signs of wear or damage to the soles.
• We will inspect all returned items. Refunds will only be issued if the product and its packaging are in a new-like, re-sellable condition. Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted.

You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return the products. Returns that exceed this time frame will not be eligible for refunds.

Liability and Risk:

Please be aware that the cost and risk of returning items are the customer’s responsibility. Les Petits Joueurs is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels during the return process. Parcels that do not have clear customer identification (including full name, address, and tracking number) will be refused.

Important Notice:

Any actions by the purchaser that are intended to delay the return process may be taken into account when processing refunds.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on lespetitsjoueurs.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be entirely accurate.

Les Petits Joueurs abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to color definition.

Please be aware that all duties & taxes are external and the customer’s responsibility, and should be paid directly to the delivery courier when the order enters your country; you will be contacted by email or call/text to make payment in advance. Les Petits Joueurs is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.

If you fail to pay Import Charges without reasonable reason causing the liability to fall on us or the carrier, the liability amount of Import Charges will be deducted from the refund.

If you failed to pay Import Charges, or refused to accept Merchandise not in accordance with a due cancellation procedure under the Terms of Sale, the cost of returning the Merchandise, unpaid duties and any additional charges resulting from said failure or refusal will be deducted from the total of your refund.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size.

Les Petits Joueurs gift cards are solely electronic gift cards and can be used as a payment method uniquely for purchases made online at www.lespetitsjoueurs.com. The balance of a gift card can be used until the value is depleted or the gift card has expired.

The gift card will expire after 12 months since its order.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds for returns on purchases made using a gift card will be issued back onto the original gift card. Gift cards will cover any related shipping costs. Remaining balance of gift cards can be used for another order and cannot be exchanged by cash. Gift cards will not cover duties and taxes costs that might be charged when the gift card owner places an order.

We are not responsible for expired, stolen or lost gift cards. If there is any remaining balance on a stolen, lost or expired gift card, we may, at our discretion, be able to transfer this balance onto a new one. We cannot be held liable for any unauthorised use of lost or stolen gift cards prior to their cancellation.

How Gift Cards work
LPJ gift cards are issued via email using an electronic code which can then be redeemed at the checkout to buy any product at www.lespetitsjoueurs.com

Once the order has been processed and we have taken the payment, the purchaser will be emailed the electronic gift card code to the email address where your order confirmation email is also sent.·Once the purchaser has received the electronic gift card code, the purchaser can then forward this email to the gift recipient, or he/she can print out the voucher and give it to them.
