We ship worldwide for free on all orders. All orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after the order confirmation. Over public holidays orders may be delayed and customers are informed promptly and before making the order. Deliveries take place at office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once the order is placed a tracking number is provided. With your tracking number you can check the expected delivery date and any updates on the status of your shipment.

For international orders (outside EU customers) duties & customs charges must be paid directly to the courier once your package enters its destination country. You will be contacted by DHL to provide payment. Please note: All returns are at the customer's expense & the refund will be issued by retaining the costs of the initial shipment and duties where necessary.
