We ship worldwide for free on all orders. All orders are delivered within 3-5 days after the order confirmation. Over public holidays orders may be delayed and customers are informed promptly and before making the order. Deliveries take place at office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once the order is placed a tracking number is provided. With your tracking number you can check the expected delivery date and any updates on the status of your shipment.

Some LPJ products are available on a pre-order basis, allowing you to reserve our most popular styles. These products are not available immediately. An estimated delivery time is be provided on the product page itself. If the item becomes available before this time, it will be dispatched to you. Please note that payment is taken when the order is placed.

All our shoes are true to size, unless the product description specifically states otherwise. It’s recommend to size up if your feet are wider to fit LPJ shoes perfectly.

We hope you like all our LPJ products, but if you wish you can make a return within 14 days, with a very simple procedure that can be followed at the Returns Centre. Full refund policies are available here.

For international orders (outside EU customers) duties & customs charges must be paid directly to the courier once your package enters its destination country. You will be contacted by DHL to provide payment.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can replace a product by requesting a different size or an alternative color, when available in stock. The first change is free. Customers will be charged for costs from the second onward. This does not apply to sale products.
