We ship worldwide for all orders. For some countries, we offer free standard shipping or express shipping options. Please note that for some countries a free shipping option might not be available.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days after the order confirmation.

Over public holidays orders may be delayed. Deliveries take place at office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once the order is placed, a tracking number is provided. With your tracking number, you can check the expected delivery date and any updates on the status of your shipment.

Some LPJ products are available on a pre-order basis, allowing you to reserve our most popular styles. These products are not available immediately. An estimated delivery time is be provided on the product page itself. If the item becomes available before this time, it will be dispatched to you. Please note that payment is taken when the order is placed.

All our shoes are true to size, unless the product description specifically states otherwise. It’s recommend to size up if your feet are wider to fit LPJ shoes perfectly.

We hope you like all our LPJ products, but if you wish you can make a return within 14 days, with a very simple procedure that can be followed at the Returns Centre. Full refund policies are available here.

For international orders (outside EU customers) duties & customs charges must be paid directly to the courier once your package enters its destination country. You will be contacted by DHL to provide payment.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exchange a product for a different size or an alternative colour, subject to stock availability. This does not apply to sale products. Please contact customercare@lpjparis.com and include your order number in the subject line.
